About Washington Bio Hazard Services

Washington Bio Hazard Services provides professional biohazard remediation and trauma scene cleanup services across Washington State. Our technicians are trained to handle hazardous environments including crime scenes, unattended deaths, blood contamination, hoarding situations, and infectious disease exposure.

But this company was not built from a business idea, it was built from experience.

Michael D. Lerner has been dedicated to biohazard services since 2013. Through personal experiences and exposure to difficult situations early on, he saw firsthand what families and individuals go through when faced with traumatic and unexpected events, and more importantly, what it feels like to have no clear guidance in those moments.

That gap is what led to the foundation of Washington Bio Hazard Services.

We were built on a simple principle: when people are at their lowest, someone needs to step in and help — the right way.

Over the years, we have helped families, property owners, and communities across Washington State navigate some of the most difficult situations they will ever face. Every call we take is treated with urgency, professionalism, and respect because we understand this is more than just a job.

We don’t just clean environments — we help restore a sense of control, safety, and peace of mind during chaotic and emotional times.

Our team operates with a strong focus on:

  • Compassion — understanding the emotional weight behind every situation

  • Discretion — maintaining privacy and professionalism at all times

  • Efficiency — responding quickly and completing work thoroughly

  • Guidance — helping clients navigate next steps, including insurance and logistics

We understand that most people calling us have never been through something like this before. Our role is not only to handle the cleanup, but to help guide you through the process clearly and efficiently so you’re not left figuring it out alone.

Washington Bio Hazard Services is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, because emergencies don’t wait, and neither do we.

When the unexpected happens, you don’t have to face it alone.
